Withdrawal & Cancellation of Courses:
a) Requests for transfer, withdrawal and deferment of course participation by students must be made in writing and submitted together with supporting documents to the school.
b) Student who requests for transfer / withdrawal / deferment within our school or request to transfer to another school shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the course and the school refund policy (see below) will apply.
c) The school shall consider all applications and decide duly the merit of each, and inform the student the outcome within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving such request.
Termination of Courses by School:
a) The school reserves all rights to (1) cancel, (2) defer, (3) change any part of its course materials at any time without prior notice.
b) Where there is a cancellation, all course fees will be refunded.
Our Refund Policy:
a) If the school should terminate a course for whatever reason prior to its commencement, the school shall within 14 days after issuing the cancellation notice to students refund all fees and deposit (if any) paid.
b) However, should a student withdraw from a course before its given commencement date, the following adjusted amount will be refunded:
