Refund Policy
Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause:
All application, enrollment, escrow set-up fee, ICA processing fee paid to AGMI are non-refundable. 100% of all other fees paid are refundable within fourteen (14) days under any of the following conditions:
- Student pass application is rejected by immigration;
- AGMI fails, for any reason, to commence the Course on the Commencement Date;
- AGMI fails, for any reason, to complete the Course by the Completion Date except those that are caused by the students themselves, such as, deferment, re-sit, re-unit, etc;
- AGMI terminates the Course for any reason prior to the completion of the Course;
- AGMI is in material breach of its obligations under the Student Contract.
Withdrawal Without Cause and Refunds:
All application, enrollment, escrow set-up fee, ICA processing fee paid to AGMI are non-refundable. If students withdraw before the start of class and for any reason other than those set out above (Refunds for Withdrawal for Cause) by giving written notice to AGMI of your intention to do so receive refund of the entire/ or part of the course fee based-on the following table:

Deemed Withdrawal:
If you transfer from one course to another course within AGMI, you shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the course and the provisions of ‘Withdrawal Without Cause and Refunds’ shall apply.
Transfer / Withdrawal / Deferment from Course
Request for transfer / withdrawal / deferment must be made in writing and submitted together with supporting documents and/ or valid reasons to the school. The school shall consider the validity of the reasons for deferment and make a decision and informed the student the outcome within fourteen (14) days after receiving such request.
A Student who request for transfer / withdrawal / deferment within our school or request to transfer to another school shall be deemed to have withdrawn from the course and the provisions of ‘Withdrawal Without Cause and Refunds’ shall apply.
Cooling -Off Period
AGMI shall provide you with a cooling-off period of 7 days after signing the CPE Standard PEI-Student Contract. Within these 7 days and regardless whether the Course Commencement Date has passed, you can submit written notice of withdrawal to AGMI and receive the “Maximum Refund“ amount stipulated by AGMI under Clause 2.4 as set-out in your student contract(less any Course consumed by the student if the withdrawal date is later than the Course Commencement Date and the Student has started the Course, any AGMI administrative charges which are stipulated in the Miscellaneous Fees and any applicable bank administrative charges properly paid/payable under clause 3).
