1.  Mission Statement:
1.1  To educate and equip our students with the right service attitude and skills, and a positive mental attitude, and moving them towards a bright and promising future in the gaming and hospitality industry.


2.  Service Guarantee:

2.1  We will clearly advise prospective students on all pre-requisites and requirements they need to meet when applying for the various courses.

2.2  We are committed to do our utmost in ensuring that all students gain the maximum benefits  from our courses by graduating, and be properly certified thereafter.


3.  Contractual Commitment:
3.1  All prospective students will enter into a Standard Student Contract with our school upon confirmation of enrollment.

3.2  Under the Student Protection Scheme, all foreign students will need to open a Student Tuition Fee ESCROW Account with a CASE-endorsed bank.  Local students can opt-in to this scheme.


4.  Security and Confidentiality of Student Data:
4.1  All personal data given will be used solely for administration, internal marketing and billing purposes by the school.

4.2  We will seek consent from students should their particulars be intended for purposes other than those stated in (4.1).

4.3  We will ensure that all personal data is kept strictly confidential and secured at all times.


5.  Payment and Refund:
5.1  We will endeavor to ensure the accuracy of all fee collections from our students.

5.2  The exact amount of tuition fee and miscellaneous fee (including security deposit if any), refunds, and course fund transfer/withdrawal will be clearly specified in the Standard Student Contract.

5.3  All fees are to be paid in Singapore Dollar. Types of payment accepted include cash and cheques.

5.4  Official receipts will be issued to acknowledge all payments.


6.  Discounted and Promotional Prices:
6.1  Should we offer any discounts, promotion rates for selected courses, these shall be prominently displayed and communicated to all applicants.

6.2  For special promotions, the period for which the promotion is valid shall be clearly stated.


7.  Business Ethic:
7.1  All our staff and course consultants (agents) are committed to the highest standards of ethical practices in marketing all available AGMI courses.

7.2  Students are encouraged to report any unethical practices to any management personnel   without fear of reprisal.
