Policies


1.  Service Guarantees

  • We will clearly advise prospective students on all pre-requisites and requirements they need to meet when applying for the various courses.
  • We are committed to protect students against non-compliance to course guidelines.

2.  Contractual Commitment

  • All prospective students will enter into a CPE PEI-Standard Student Contract with our school upon confirmation of enrolment.
  • Under the Fee Protection Scheme, all students will need to open a Student Tuition Fee ESCROW Account with a CPE-endorsed bank.

3.  Security and Confidentiality of Student Data

  • All students’ data given will be used solely for completing course submission, internal marketing and billing purposes.
  • We will seek consent from each student should their particulars be used for purposes otherwise.
  • We will ensure total privacy and confidentiality of student-data at all times.

4.  Payment and Refund

  • We are committed to the accuracy of all fee collection from our students.
  • The exact amount of Course fees (including security deposit if any), refund, and course fund transfer/withdrawal will be clearly specified in the Standard Student Contract.
  • All fees are to be paid in Singapore Dollar. Types of payment accepted include cash, visa/ master card and cheques.
  • We will issue receipts to acknowledge all payments.
  • Students must pay their fees punctually as outlined in the Schedule of Payment subject to prevailing GST.
  • Payment of miscellaneous fees by all students can be made by cash, Visa/ Master card or cheques made payable to “Asia-Pacific Gaming Management Institute Pte Ltd”. to our DBS Bank Account No. 008-900972-9.

5.  Discounted and Promotional Prices

  • Any discounts for selected courses shall be prominently displayed and communicated to students.
  • For special promotions, the period for which the promotion is valid shall be clearly stated.

6.  Business Ethics

  • All our staff members are committed to the highest standards of ethical practices in marketing all courses available at AGMI.
  • Students are encouraged to report any unethical conduct to any management personnel immediately without fear of reprisal.
