Message from our President:
Casino gaming around the world is growing at a phenomenal rate and there has been an expansion of gaming activities which creates many more job opportunities for those looking for a career in the gaming and hospitality industry.
Singapore's very own IRs at Marina Bay and Sentosa, are just two new gaming destinations in the ASEAN and Asia-Pacific regions. Other regional countries are also set to dive into this euphoria. And this can only mean excellent job prospects for present, and future, students enrolled in any gaming and hospitality course.
At AGMI, we are constantly developing new courses to produce students with the right skill-sets to meet the demands for professionals, from gaming Dealers (Croupiers) to hospitality and marketing staff, guest-relations executives, PR managers to security and surveillance personnel, all essential partners in any successful hospitality organisation like hotels, restaurants, casinos and so on.
Since our inception, AGMI is very proud to note that all graduates from AGMI courses are now contracted and employed by casinos, including the two IRs – Marina Bay Sands and Resort World Sentosa. For that, we are grateful to the excellent trainers and tutors at AGMI for a great job done. That they did a wonderful job is not a surprise, since they are all seasoned and experienced professionals themselves in the industry. That is good news for all aspiring AGMI students! But ...
... the better good news is: there are still many more vacancies to fill not only in the two IRs in Singapore, but worldwide. And AGMI aims to provide her students with the right skill-set to help land their coveted job in the industry.
