Texas Hold’Em Dealer Course
Professional Certificate – Major game
The Texas Hold’em Dealer Course is a Poker game course. It is designed to train
student in all aspects of dealing Texas Hold’Em in a professional and competent
way. Students will learn about the rules of the game including dealer position,
ante and game terminologies. Extensive hands-on training will ensure students
master all aspects of this exciting game, played in almost every casinos in the world.
Definitely a good skill to acquire by all aspiring dealers.

Course Objective
This course is developed based on gaming industry skill competency standards. On completion of the course, students will have full game knowledge and application skills to interact with guests and be an effective Texas Hold 'Em Poker dealer.

- Table familiarization
- Dealer duties
- Official poker rules
- Hand ranking
- Betting rules and procedures
- Pot limit, limit, no limit rules
- Poker glossary

Course Duration
• Full-time: Monday to Friday

20 sessions of 3 hours per session – to complete within 4 weeks.
Time Schedule: 10am to 1pm OR 2pm to 5pm
   
• Part-time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  20 sessions of 3 hours per session – to complete within 7 weeks.
Time Schedule: 7pm to 10pm.

Admission
• Secondary education or equivalent to be assessed by the school.
• Aged 18 and above.

Assessment
Students must complete the course and participate in the appropriate Assessment Test certified and passed by the Examiners.

Award of Certificate
Certificate in Casino Game Dealing - Texas Hold’Em
All Certificates are awarded by AGMI and jointly endorsed by the Casino College USA.
*Certificate is a demonstration of competency that meets job standards set by industry.
