Certificate in Poker Dealing

The Certificate in Poker Dealing consists of Texas Hold'Em, Pai Gow Poker, Caribbean
Stud Poker and Three Card Poker. This program is designed for students looking to
enhance their professional standing as a dealer in the casino industry. Our
instructors will take students step-by-step through the mechanics of dealing in
each games and also share their many years of poker dealing experience,
an invaluable add-on.

Course Objective
This course has been developed based on gaming industry skill standard. On completion of the course, students will have full game knowledge and application skills to interact with guests and be an effective Texas Hold'Em Poker, Pai- Gow Poker, Caribbean Stud Poker and Three Card Poker dealers.

Course Duration

• Full-time: Monday to Friday

(60 sessions of 3 hours per session – to complete within 12 weeks) 3.0 months
Time schedule: 10am to 1pm OR 2pm to 5pm
   
• Part-time: Monday, Wednesday & Friday
  (60 sessions of 3 hours per session – to complete within 20 weeks) 5.0 months
Time schedule: 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm OR 7pm to 10pm

Entry Requirements
• Secondary education or equivalent to be assessed by the school.
• Aged18 and above.

Assessment
Students must complete the course and participate in the appropriate Assessment Test certified and passed by the Examiners.

Award of Certificate
Certificate in Poker Dealing
Certificate in Poker Dealing All certificates are awarded by AGMI.
*Certificate is a demonstration of competency that meets job standards set by industry
