Certificate in Casino Dealer & Management

The Certificate in Casino Dealer & Management course consists of three
popular casino games; Baccarat, Blackjack and Roulette, and three
enhancement course; Casino Customer Service, Table Management
and Pit Management. This course is designed for students intending to
seek a career in the gaming industry. Our trainers will take students
step-by-step through the mechanics of dealing in each game and
also share their many years of management knowledge and experience
in the enhancement programs. A straight-through route of promotion
opportunities await upon graduation.

Course Objective
This course has been developed based on gaming industry skill and management standard. On completion of the course, students will have adequate game knowledge and application skills to interact with guests and Pit management role.

Course Duration
• Full-time: Mondays to Fridays

(100 sessions of 3 hours per session – to complete within 20 weeks) 5.0 months
Time Schedule: 10am to 1pm OR 2pm to 5pm
   
• Part-time: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
  (100 sessions of 3 hours per session – to complete within 33 weeks) 8.0 months
Time schedule: 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm OR 7pm to 10pm









Entry Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent to be assessed by the school.
• Aged 18 and above.

Assessment
Students must complete the course and participate in the appropriate Assessment Test certified and passed by the Examiners.

Award of Certificate
Certificate in Casino Dealer & Management
All Certificates are awarded by AGMI.
*Certificate is a demonstration of competency that meets job standards set by industry.
